We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We strive to make the admissions process as smooth as possible. The documents that are needed prior to admission include: *Medicare card *Medicaid card *Medicare D Prescription card *Social Security card *Power of Attorney papers *Living Will *Any other Medical insurance (VIVA, Medicare Complete etc) We are happy to make copies for you during this process. We recommend a resident bring seven complete outfits and shoes should have non-slip soles. Laundry services are provided free of charge by the facility. Each personal item should be marked in permanent ink with the residents name. We pride ourselves on having a home like atmosphere so families are encouraged to bring pictures, plants, mementos and even a favorite chair. We discourage valuables like expensive jewelry and a lot of cash. We do have a safe in the front office if a resident wishes to have items such as these locked up. Our facility is able to work with most payor sources. If you have questions about your eligibility for any of the following please call, we can help.
